How to Place a Special Order:

To initiate a special order, please adhere to the following steps:

1. Check Inventory: Ensure the desired item is not available on www.x-reload.com. You can locate it by browsing categories or using our search tool.

2. Submit a Request: If the item is not in our inventory and you want to place a special order, submit a request by providing the following details:

   • Name
   • Email address associated with your account
   • Complete address and phone number
   • Item description (include a link to an existing article) and the manufacturer part number (essential for non-refundable special orders)

   Note: We do not accept special orders over the phone.

3. Confirmation Process: Our specialists will respond to confirm pricing and, if possible, provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA).

4. Payment Information: Upon confirmation, you will be prompted to provide prepayment by EMT.

5. EMT Information: Email Money Transfer

   Send Interac E-Transfer (EMT) through your online banking website to [e-mail]

   Once received; we will link the payment to your order and process.
