Pickup in store option

Is it possible to pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely! You have the option to choose this in the checkout section 2 when ordering on our website.

You can check the status of your order in your account to know when it will be ready for pickup at our service counter, located at 2150 Pierre-Louis-Le Tourneux, Suite 110, Belœil, Quebec J3G 0R5.

Important:

It is essential to wait for the receipt of a confirmation email informing you that your order is ready for pickup in-store, or to check that the status of your order shows "ready for pickup" in your customer account, before you proceed to the store.

When picking up your order, you must present the invoice for it.

Your order must be picked up within 45 days. After this period, your order will be refunded and the items will be returned to inventory.
